Sunbrella® is the brand fabric used by the world's best outdoor furniture makers: fade-proof, weather-resistant and beautiful for decades. That quality normally carries a hefty price tag.
Making the garden furniture of our sister brand Falain.nl in our own workshop leaves offcuts of Sunbrella® fabric that would otherwise be thrown away. We keep those pieces and cut our cushion covers from them. As cleverly as possible, with as little waste as possible.
The result: Sunbrella cushions made of 100% original Sunbrella® fabric, produced with the environment in mind and delivered from stock.
The fabric used for boat sails and the most expensive lounge sets
Sunbrellasierkussens.nl (a web shop of BBerg) is an independent maker of cushions. In our own workshop in Cuijk, the Netherlands, we make garden furniture. The original Sunbrella® leftover fabric from that work is turned into unique cushions. We are not affiliated with or part of Glen Raven / Sunbrella®.
Sunbrella® is an American premium outdoor fabric, woven by Glen Raven since 1961. The secret: the color isn't dyed onto the fabric, it's in the fiber itself. That's why you'll find this fabric on boats, under awnings and on the world's most expensive outdoor furniture — and now on your terrace too.
From the waste pile to your terrace, in three steps
Leftover fabric rescued
In our own workshop in Cuijk we make the garden furniture of our sister brand Falain.nl. That leaves strips and rolls of Sunbrella® fabric too small for a seat. We keep them instead of throwing them away.
Cleverly cut
From a single leftover piece we cut three cushion covers, as efficiently as possible, so almost nothing goes to waste.
Gone = gone
Every leftover fabric is finite, so every collection is only around for a while. Sold out? Then we rescue a new fabric and it starts all over again.
