Privacy and cookie policy

Data and purposes

We process contact and address details, orders, payment status, returns and correspondence to fulfil orders and answer enquiries, based on the contract or steps before entering into it. Legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. We use technical data for security and abuse prevention based on our legitimate interest, taking your privacy into account. We request consent for newsletters and tracking that requires consent; you may unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Service providers

Our shop runs on Shopify. Relevant data is processed by Shopify, your chosen payment provider and PostNL for store operations, payment, delivery and communication. We use Google Analytics for visitor statistics and Google Ads for advertising and conversion measurement. Page, device, interaction and purchase data may be processed according to your consent choices. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cookies and your choices

Necessary cookies and similar technologies support the cart, security and storing your privacy choices. The cookie banner lets you choose optional analytics, marketing and preference purposes. Continuing to browse, scrolling or taking no action does not constitute consent. Use the cookie preferences link in the footer to reopen or change your choices and withdraw consent. You can also delete cookies in your browser; this may remove stored preferences.

Retention and security

We keep personal data no longer than needed for orders, service, warranties, legal records or the relevant other purpose. Basic Dutch tax records generally must be kept for seven years. Required retention depends on legal obligations and ongoing disputes. We restrict access and use secure connections. Cookie lifetimes vary by cookie and service; you can inspect and delete cookies on your device in your browser.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object where that right applies. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to info@aveleon.eu. We may request additional information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or the authority in your country of residence. We publish an updated notice here when it changes.
